Daniel Kane - Principal
Mr. Kane formed The Nassi Group along
with Albert Nassi. He has more than fifteen years experience
in liquidations, appraisals, real estate, intellectual property,
and acquisitions. He is responsible for the day to day operations
of the company. Mr. Kane practiced for over ten years as a CPA
and is a member of the AICPA and the NYS Society of CPAs. He
received his degree from New York University. |

Albert T. Nassi - Principal
Mr. Nassi has twenty-five years experience
in liquidation and appraisals. He is a member of the American
and California Bar Associations. His other areas of specialization
include bankruptcy, reorganizations and acquisitions. He received
his business degree from the University of California at Berkeley
and his law degree from Southwestern University. |

Stephen
Goldberger - Principal
Mr. Goldberger formed Tiger Capital Group, LLC, in affiliation
with The Nassi Group, LLC, and Alco Capital Group, LLC. Tiger
Capital performs retail asset dispositions and appraisals. Prior
to forming Tiger Capital, Mr. Goldberger was Principal and Managing
Director of the Boston based retail advisor firm, Gordon Brothers
Partners. Mr. Goldberger has worked with some of the country's
largest retail lenders and investment bankers in connection
with various retail chain appraisals. Mr. Goldberger has spent
his entire career in the retail industry. He has served as President
and CEO of Hills Department Stores, President and COO of Alexander's
Department Stores and CEO of Gallery of Gifts Shoppes, Inc.
(dba Kitchen etc.). Mr. Goldberger holds an AB degree in Economics
from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard University. |

Christopher
Huber - Controller
Mr. Huber joined The Nassi Group 16 years ago. He has extensive
experience in the valuation of retail inventory and administration
of store closing sales. Mr. Huber’s areas of expertise include
systems, financial control, reporting, financial analysis, and
personnel administration. Mr. Huber received his BS degree from
the University of Illinois and his MBA from Tulane University. |

Leon - Vice President of Operations Ms.
Leon has over twenty years experience in all aspects of liquidations
and merchandise valuations. Her expertise includes all operational
aspects of liquidations including bid valuation, budgeting,
and on-site supervision. She has held positions including store
manager and district supervisor. |

Michael McGrail - Vice
President Michael McGrail
has over ten years experience in all aspects of retail store
closing events and asset appraisals. In addition to his duties
as Tiger Capital Group’s financial officer, Mr. McGrail has
directly managed the analysis, bidding process, and operation
of many large retail store closing programs. Mr. McGrail also
manages Tiger’s retail appraisal operation. He holds a degree
in Accounting from Northeastern University. |

Michael Aho - Vice President
Mr. Aho has extensive experience
in the field of consumer and industrial valuations, having valued
approximately $12 Billion of inventory for asset based lenders
and other financial institutions. Among Mr. Aho’s accomplishments
as Senior Appraiser at another consumer and industrial practice
is his relocation to London, England, to develop and manage
the inventory appraisal group. During that tenure, the newly
formed group was considered the leading inventory appraisal
firm in the United Kingdom market. Mr. Aho attended the
University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where he received a degree
in Finance and Resource Economics. |

John Cronin - Senior
Financial Analyst
Mr. Cronin is Tiger Capital Group’s
Senior Financial Analyst. He has over ten years experience in
the liquidation and appraisal businesses and has participated
as lead analyst in many large, complex retail store closing
events and asset appraisal projects. Mr. Cronin received his
MBA from F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. |

Fredric M. Briggs - Senior
Vice President Mr. Briggs
joined the company nine years ago after a twenty year career
in commercial lending, including asset based lending. He received
his business degree from the University of Southern California.
Mr. Briggs handles the marketing for the company. |
